Marcel Krzanowski


Scholarship holder of the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students of the University of Adam Mickiewicz Poznań, secretary of the Van Meegeren Student Society for Trade in Works of Art and Legal Protection of Cultural Heritage and a member of the University of Adam Mickiewicz Student Society of Civil Procedure Law.

Marcel is a co-author of the article, “The relationship between the transparency of public life and the protection of personal data in the regime of the Act on Access to Public Information” published in the Student Scientific Association of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University. He was a speaker at the student webinar with the paper “Adaptation of an historical monument in Polish and French law”.

He gained practical experience in law firms under the supervision of lawyers associated with the Poznań Faculty of Law. As part of this cooperation, he supported individual entrepreneurs and commercial law companies in the implementation of registration obligations and debt recovery in court. In addition, he advised participants of investment processes in the field of construction law, spatial planning and environmental protection. He is a co-author of training sessions on local government and land surveying law as well as waste regulations for local government units.

In his free time, he develops his academic interests, which focus on broadly understood administrative law, in particular spatial planning, construction law, environmental protection and cultural heritage. In his master’s thesis, he analyzes the similarities and differences between administrative and legal solutions in the field of the protection of historical monuments in Polish and French law.
