Chamber of Commerce Webinar
Wawrzynowicz and Partners Law Firm, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce for the Gas Industry, organised a Webinar which took place on the 12th December, 2022. The event was hosted by W&W lawyers – Kamil Iwicki and Marcel Krzanowski.
The contents of the meeting included a discussion on the reasons for the introduction of the regulatory amendment, an introduction to the new categories of prosumers (collective and virtual), and an explanation of the differences between the net-metering system in force until April of this year and the new net-billing system. In addition, the issue of the impact of the “freezing” of electricity prices on the rates at which prosumers will transfer energy to the grid in 2023 was raised.
