The Energy Academy took place on Saturday at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where W&W law firm was represented by Adam Wawrzynowicz, Wojciech Bigaj and Thomas Kopka.

Wojciech Bigaj gave two lectures, the first entitled .: “Competition in the wholesale gas market – market obligations in the sale of gas,” while the second theme was “Competition in the retail gas market – protection of consumer rights”.

n the latest issue of the “Energy Market” journal, W&W’s Tomasz Brzezinski presented a paper “Information unbundling of gas system operator being part of vertically integrated undertaking ”

This paper was presented at the Conference on Energy Management and ICT ZET 2014, held February 19-21 in Nałęczowie.

Wojciech Bigaj – partner in W&W law firm is a speaker at the workshop “Agreements for the electricity and gas market – legal aspects of company practice.”

The workshop will be held from March 31 – April 1, 2014 in the Digital Knowledge Village, Warsaw and will include speakers from other reputable companies operating in the energy market. Wojciech Bigaj is presenting a paper entitled, “Agreements with consumers – clauses prohibited by law”.
