Attorney-at-law and graduate of the Law Faculty of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Wojciech is a Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. From 2004-2011, Wojciech was associated with GWW Law Firm before moving on to become one of the leaders in the energy law practice area of GWJ Law Firm.

Wojciech specializes in providing legal advice to leading companies in the energy industry, including member companies of the Polish national gas company, PGNIG S.A. Capital Group. He was involved in working on the draft of the Polish Gas Law as prepared on behalf of The Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry. He assisted in the separation and designation of the Storage System Operator – the preparation of the SSO appointment and participation in proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office.

He has extensive experience in consulting on, and developing projects, for tariff designations for energy companies (gas storage services tariff, gas distribution tariffs), as well as in providing advice to entities taking part in the ‘open season’ proceedings. He has advised clients from the energy sector on issues related to the purchase of energy from renewable sources, the regulations for the transmission grid operation and maintenance, and the implications for the definition of end user.

Wojciech is experienced in legal matters relating to environment issues and he has advised entrepreneurs investing in renewable energy (biogas plants).

He has supported customers from the telecommunications and energy sectors in court proceedings, as well as in administrative proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection. In addition, he has participated in many M&A transactions related to the acquisition of shares in capital companies, and provided support for complex real estate transactions and many other capital transactions. He is the author of numerous articles on legal-energy topics.
