Article by Adam Wawrzynowicz and Tomasz Brzeziński in the March issue of “Przegląd Gazniczy”

The March issue of ‘Przegląd Gazniczy’ included an article by Adam Wawrzynowicz and Tomasz Brzeziński on the latest legislative changes for the gas industry at the EU level. The article presents the solutions proposed in the so-called Hydrogen and Gas Markets Decarbonisation Package – a set of regulations providing for the revision of two key legal acts for the gas sector, i.e. Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 13, 2009 on the conditions for access to natural gas transmission networks and repealing the regulation ( EC) No 1775/2005 and Directive 2009/73 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas and repealing Directive 2003/55 / EC. The article also highlights the planned changes aimed at facilitating the development of the hydrogen market and the expansion of the infrastructure dedicated to it.
